Modern hotel with very attentive staff and satisfactory breakfasts included. Breakfast with bagels and oatmeal, as example. Perfect location - right by an industrial area and restaurants and shops and Two Eagles golf course. Nearby Kelly O'bryan's - great place to chill out. The venue of choice in West Kelowna🙂

It was perfectly clean, the staff was customer-oriented and excellent, plus the service was exceptional. I loved the room with a balcony, the bed was comfy. Had great location close to the wineries. Had lunch/dinner at Subway, which I found at a short distance from the hotel. There was an Irish bar. Everything was simply nice.

The rooms with a balcony are nice. There is a wide array of food at breakfast, such as cereal, muffins, cookies, pancakes, and yogurt. - the location is marvelous and unbeatable, close to restaurants, pubs, West Kelowna, BC, and the wineries.

Make sure you stay in the deluxe queen room with 2 queen beds.
Very disappointing breakfast, it should be much better.

The weather wasn't the greatest however we did manage to golf 4 times rain free on some beautiful courses. Really enjoyed the view from our room overlooking the 18th green at Two Eagle golf course. Was very thankful for the switch to a room with a balcony, as i am still a smoker, this was a big bonus for me. Thank you again.

The Bed. The room was exceptionally clean. Brandy was the only attendant on when I checked in but she had great poise and excellent customer service while on the phone. Even with the line up and phone ringing constatntly she remained in composure.

Facility was very nice. Staff was outstanding with service, requests and always willing to help. The location for someone shopping for a new home was perfect. We would definitely return and recommend.
